JENSON ASSOCIATE PROGRAM

We launched the Jenson Associate Program to address the needs of our Clients aiming to bring together the right balance of resources providing flexibility and expertise at a competitive price.

Jenson Solutions has provided high calibre interim Financial Directors to Companies that are expanding, undergoing structural change or simply to provide ‘breathing space’ whilst vacant roles are filled.

The first services we are offering, under the new Associate Program, is an outsourced Accounting Function and Virtual Assistant services.

We have partnered with SKS Business Services Limited who are based in Twickenham, London. SKS can provide two types of model which can be tailored or blended to suit the Client’s requirements:

  • Full outsourced book-keeping and accounting, including appropriate levels of financial and management reporting. Tax Returns and advice; and/or
  • Back office accounting, providing support to a Company’s Finance Director or a Jenson Solutions Interim Finance Director.

As the cost is based on turnover it makes this a very affordable option for any size of Company. Fees are charged on a monthly basis to spread the cost. The service provides the benefits of a full Accounting Department without the need to permanently employ the Staff.

Clients of the Program will also have access to the Jenson Partner and SKS Network for general advice and guidance and, where appropriate, the additional services that we offer.

We have partnered with PA Business Support, founded in October 2014 by Sabina Hinchliffe and Sophie Burnett to provide Virtual Assistants.

Their Virtual Assistant services offering to London and UK based businesses is a more flexible approach to the traditional administrative solution. Businesses that are in their growth stages frequently need business solutions that can adapt and fit in as their model changes and evolves.

We have Partnered with Flexiion, which provides IT infrastructure and data management services.

Recognising the impact of today’s distributed business environment where staff and customers work in an increasingly flexibly way, we identified the need to enhance our data management function.  Data is a critical corporate resource; as such we are keen to optimise the management and use of our data, not only to maximise our own operational efficiency, but, importantly, respond to the evolving needs of our clients.

We have partnered with Tact, who provide an online legal service.

Their core service is reviewing legal agreements. They have a network of laywers across the UK, US and Canada who will validate that agreements are legally valid and enforceable, make amendment suggestions to the wording in the contract, and answer any specific questions from customers in regards to the document.

Tact are different from other legal companies by operating purely online and offering:

  • a short turnaround time, 24-48 hours;
  • a 24/7 service;
  • fixed fees: £79 – £179; and (depending on document size)
  • covering the UK, US and CA jurisdictions.

On top of this Tact offer additional services in contract drafting, providing standard contracts and debt recovery support – but the core service is contract checks/reviews.
