Jenson Seed EIS Fund Closes at £4.7 million

The Jenson Seed EIS Fund is very pleased to announce that:
- Jenson Seed EIS Fund closed on 30 April 2013 and raised £4.7 million;
- Fund aiming to invest in approximately 32 entrepreneurial businesses; and
- Jenson Seed EIS Fund 2 will launch at the end of May 2013 to raise an additional £5m.

Jenson Client, Foresight Group, Announces £60 Million Solar Bond

Longstanding Jenson client Foresight Group, the Infrastructure, Environmental and Private Equity asset management group, has announced the issue of a £60m solar bond, which will be used to refinance its existing portfolio of UK solar assets, located in Kent, Somerset and Wiltshire. The bond will be listed on the London Stock Exchange.
