Jenson Solutions offers financial recruitment services from Finance Directors to Finance Assistants. Our normal process is: Identify candidates from a range of sources. Filter candidates against requirements. Phone interview. Face to face interview. Candidates do one of our case studies. Technical skills would then be checked by qualified Finance Directors. We would validate qualifications and right to work in the UK. We would then provide a short-list. We would also arrange references prior to the person joining.
The key part of our service compared to traditional recruitment companies is that candidates are interviewed by experienced Finance Directors who can quickly establish the capability of a candidate.
