Change Management

Change management is improving the team's/company's effectiveness by managing cultural change and aligning performance management. We will define a change strategy and a high level approach, analyse stakeholders and ascertain the baseline current position. We will define milestones and assign clear roles and responsibilities. There will be new ways of working and we will measure the impacts as we progress.
