Jenson Solutions' HealthCheck covers a wide range of areas tailored to your specific business requirements. We focus on optimising your business in the following areas:

• Compliance – are you complying with applicable laws and regulations (VAT, PAYE, Health & Safety, Employment Law etc) and are you getting back everything you are due.

• Information provision – we look at your current information systems and make recommendations to ensure you have the information to make the right decisions.
• Operations and systems – we look at how you deliver your product or service and identify improvements.

• Managing growth – we identify issues in the current business that could undermine your growth aspirations.
• Strategy – we provide our views on whether the strategy of the business is coherent and achievable given our other findings.

After our review at your offices (we service the whole of the UK) we provide a detailed report which identifies the key issues facing your business and we also provide a suggested action plan and solutions.

Our standard price per company is £1,250 plus VAT.
