Jenson Solutions was set-up, initially, to provide the means of resolving two major issues:

• Many small to medium sized organisations can not afford to hire a full-time Finance Director.
• Many Finance Directors are expensive as they often perform duties for which they are over qualified due to a lack of subordinates to whom they can delegate to; furthermore they sometimes need to acquire, expensively, new skills due to limited budgets for specialist advisors.

These two issues mean that many small to medium sized organisations would like the skills a Finance Director can bring but they find the traditional full-time Finance Director is not cost effective.
